The Ito-Gayer Home

This is one fabulous and commodious home. It's so exciting to be at the stage of construction where is really comes back to life. Jon Fish and his crew with Acanthus Construction have shifted their work to finish carpentry throughout the house and front porch. They are working doggedly to get it completed for move in this summer.

This existing two room home was built in 1859 and moved from Roseville to North of Durham in 1992. We just started designing an addition to compliment the original and celebrate the fabulous clearing-in-the-woods view.
